Leadership Team

BRIAN AND SCHLYCE JIMENEZ
Senior Leaders

With a dual calling to business and ministry, Brian and Schlyce are the founders, visionaries, and senior leaders of Prayer Mountain, CO. The couple is passionate about Jesus and establishing His Kingdom in the hearts of people, cities, and nations. Schlyce possesses a unique call from the Lord to operate in the ministry of an apostle, prophet, and teacher. Her passion is to empower people to know God intimately, live supernaturally, and pursue God's dream for their life. While raised in a Christian home, Schlyce’s testimony is one of rebellion and restoration. After years of living outside of the Christian faith, her own life was radically transformed after an intimate encounter with Jesus that left her addiction free, healed, and with a deep personal revelation of His love. Soon after, her ministry was birthed on the streets of Chicago where she began ministering the love of God to drug addicts, the homeless, the sick, and anyone else God placed in her path. Even in those early days, miracles were common as she trusted the Holy Spirit to show her how to effectively pray for and minister to the lost and hurting. Schlyce’s heart is to see people transformed through their relationship with God into who He created them to be.  She preaches the Word of God with simplicity, boldness, and an authority that flows from spending time in His presence.  Her teachings on the Kingdom of God as a “right-now” reality that exists inside every believer and the simple truth that it is God’s will that earth look like heaven, have empowered multitudes to experience transformation and victory in their lives. Healings from kidney failure to deafness, to addiction recovery and emotional healing, happen with regularity in Schlyce's ministry.

Brian serves as the Director of Finance & Administration for the ministry. His gifts in the areas of wisdom, patience, stewardship and steadfastness in waiting to hear God’s voice are a cornerstone of the ministry. A former owner of his own construction business, Brian’s vision is to build kingdom based companies and marketplace ministries that will impact lives, provide jobs, and build the house of God. His gentle nature, quiet leadership style, and great sense of humor serve him well as he leads and ministers.

Brian and Schlyce, currently reside in Woodland Park, CO with their two daughters, Lily Simone and Ella Skye. They are the founders Prayer Mountain, CO, Schlyce Jimenez Ministries, Creation Sciences Academy, and Rethink, LLC. When they are not ministering, Schlyce and Brian enjoy spending time together as a family, going to the movies, taking hikes, mountain biking, and skiing/snowboarding. Schlyce loves a good vanilla latte and Brian can be found riding his skateboard around town or surfing (when he can find an ocean anyway).

TRACEY IRVIN
Student Ministries | Community Impact

Tracey Irvin serves as the Director for Creation Sciences Academy (CSA) – PMCO’s school with the vision of raising up a generation of young people that have learned to hear and steward the voice of God and to change the world through innovation, creativity and invention. Tracey earned her degree in Home Economics Education from The Ohio State University, where she taught in the inner city of Columbus, OH. As a parent who raised children in public schools, Tracey understands the frustrations and unique challenges involved with children who don’t fit “the mold” of other children. It is Tracey’s view, “that each child is unique with talents, gifts and abilities given to them by God. The Lord gives us all dreams, passions and desires as he has equipped us for life and ministry here. The trick is to observe those qualities and internal motivations, encourage them, nurture them and allow them to develop in our children. I am committed to this calling as a mother and teacher and believe in the potential of each and every person no matter their age”. As the Director of CSA, Tracey is dedicated to equip, empower, and educate the next generation of world changers to be distinguished by God’s presence, character and wisdom – and to fulfill their pre-ordained purpose in life (Ephesians 2:10).
